All materials provided through this purchase — including the book, digital downloads, course content, worksheets, templates, videos, and all related resources — are protected under U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that all content is licensed for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced in any form.
Because all intellectual property is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All sales are final.
No Chargebacks
By purchasing this product, you agree that you will not initiate any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or other payment processor. You understand that a chargeback is a violation of this agreement and constitutes theft of goods and services, as the digital and intellectual property you receive cannot be “returned.”
If a chargeback is filed, you agree that:

The full outstanding balance becomes immediately due, including the original purchase price and any reversed funds.

You will be responsible for all associated fees, including bank fees, merchant processor fees, administrative fees, and any costs related to resolving the dispute.

The full balance may be sent to collections if left unpaid, and you will be responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, and additional charges incurred during recovery.
